Meet the New Starter - Rachel Grundy

What attracted you to the role at TIP?

I needed a new challenge and the role seemed similar to my previous job role, just working with a different product. My last job was centred around watches and luxury jewellery, so working with trailers will be really interesting!

Are there any specific skills you are looking forward to developing here at TIP?

Being new to this industry, I am looking forward to developing my technical skills and learning more about the trailer industry. Like I said, it’s a very different industry to my last job, so the change is exciting!

What is your biggest work-related achievement

At my previous employer, I was promoted to be the sole contact in the after-sales department for two luxury watch brands.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

‘Lockdown’ really changed my mindset and I told myself that going forward I would get out more and say “yes” to new things. As a result, I recently started hiking and love it! I also enjoy going camping with my dog, Bruno.
