What attracted you to the role at TIP?

I heard about TIP from a friend and it sounded like a good place to work and build a career. The company seemed to look after its staff very well and had good opportunities. Everyone seemed very friendly.

What excites you most about your new role with TIP?

What excites me the most about my new role is the opportunity to progress through the company and learn a lot of new skills!

What skills do you hope to bring to TIP?

I have good computer skills and am very knowledgeable with certain software that may be required, so I am hoping to bring my IT skillset to the company. I am also very good at working within a team and like to help others as much as I can do.

What is your biggest work-related achievement?

My biggest work-related achievement to date is managing several departments of a retail establishment.

What is your biggest personal achievement?

My biggest personal achievement has to be earning a grade DDD in sixth form at IT.

What’s your ideal way to spend your weekends?

I enjoy going out with my friends and spending quality time with my family and girlfriend at the weekend.

What behaviour or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

I am very resilient. I will always try as hard as possible to make sure a task gets done to the highest standard.

What is a fun/interesting fact about yourself?

I am very good at speaking Spanish!
