Meet the New Starter - Gareth Oliver

What attracted you to the role at TIP?

Having previously worked for TIP some 11 years ago I knew it was a good friendly environment to work in.

What excites you most about your new role with TIP?

I worked at my previous job for 11 years so it is exciting to be starting afresh in a new role. I am looking forward to learning new systems and meeting new people. It has also been good seeing some old faces from my previous time here at TIP.

Are there any specific skills you are looking forward to developing here at TIP?

I have lots of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, I am always willing to learn and develop the office skills I have picked up throughout the years.

Who/what inspires you?

I have two daughters who keep me on my toes, it is them who inspire me to do better.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Having two daughters doesn’t allow for much spare time, however, I do enjoy a relaxing beer watching the football with my friends when time allows.
