Meet the New Starter - Lee Davies

What attracted you to the role at TIP?

I used to work for a TIP customer and so to move to a company that I had become familiar with, was especially appealing to me.

What excites you most about your new role with TIP?

I worked at my previous job for over 10 years and so starting afresh with TIP is exciting and I’m really looking forward to getting involved! I already feel like I’m part of a great team here and the welcome I've received has been amazing.

Are there any specific skills you are looking forward to developing here at TIP?

I already have lots of experience working in a fast-paced, team environment but I am looking forward to extending that experience and to developing my skills in this area with TIP.

Who/what inspires you?

I would say my mother, 100%. She is the most honest, hard-working and positive person that I have ever met.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I spend lots of time in North Wales. I enjoy music, the outdoors and cosy nights in. I’m also a big fan of Manchester United!
