Meet the New Starter - Malgorzata Wojcik

What attracted you to the role at TIP?

When I first saw the  advert on one of the job portals, I  recognised TIP as a large corporate business and thought I would like to work there. After doing some research,  I found that TIP offers very competitive terms, benefits including hybrid-working and an attractive annual bonus and decided TIP was the place to be.

What excites you most about your new role with TIP?

I am excited by the fact that TIP is a growing business, both in the UK and internationally, and that it operates to some great core values. It’s exciting to see how things are developing and how today we are in a better place than yesterday. I look forward to what TIP will  become tomorrow, with tomorrow starting today! I am looking  forward to further opportunities for growth and to utilising my knowledge here within TIP.

What is your biggest work-related achievement?

I have been lucky enough to start my career as a Fleet Manager in the UK for one of the global certification companies and then also become a Transport Manager for a medium size depot. To be able to do that, I had to pass a Transport Manager’s CPC course, which I am glad to have achieved.

Who/what inspires you?

People inspire me; the truth is, your people are your power. As Thomas Merton once wisely said,  “No man is an island”.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Any spare minute I have, I spend with my two German Shorthaired Pointers who always keep myself and my husband entertained!
