Meet the New Starter - Nicola Cooke

What attracted you to the role at TIP?

My husband has actually worked for TIP for around 8 years and he has always spoken very highly about the company, so this definitely attracted me to the role. The whole package that TIP offers is very attractive and I knew as soon as an opening became available that I would apply!

Who/what inspires you?

My family and my children! Seeing what they have achieved so far and the fact that they are doing well in life really inspires me.

What is your biggest work-related achievement?

In my previous job, I was a cash office manager and decided to take the leap to move to head office and start a new role as a payroll assistant. I was really proud that I took on the challenge of learning how to work in a new role in a whole new side of the business. I am now doing the same thing with TIP!

What is a fun/interesting fact about yourself?

My husband is a manager with TIP, my daughter is an English teacher and my son is a professional footballer! I also still (sometimes) get asked for I.D. when out and about!
