How long have you been in the industry and how did you get into it?

27 years ago, a gentleman called Michael Furnival asked me to give him a hand, which I agreed to do. I started at TIP Stoke along with Karl Davies and we were told to 'Reach For The Stars'.

We did exactly that and the rest, as they say, is history!

What do you like about working for TIP?

Our winning mentality & team ethic.

What is your biggest work achievement?

Collaborating & contributing towards the team and our continued success.

Who / what inspires you the most?

Colleagues in all departments that turn up every day and put a shift in inspire me the most. This was especially the case when we all had to deal with the recent COVID pandemic. So, in short, anybody with the correct attitude and just gets on with it inspires me.
