How long have you been in the industry and how did you get into it?

I have been in the industry for 14 years; I’ve always had an interest in anything with wheels, which led me into starting out working for a family-run tanker haulage company.

What do you like about working for TIP?

What I like about TIP is that all staff members are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone at TIP has been amazing.

What does a typical day for you involve?

Here at TIP, no two days are ever the same!  I can be doing anything from supporting existing clients to solving any issues that may arise, or even use various resources to source new customers for the business.

What are the top 3 most valuable skills you’ve learnt whilst working for TIP?

1. Team support is key

What is your biggest work achievement?

My biggest work achievement is being given the opportunity to join TIP.

How do you like to start your day?

I like to start my day with a warm cup of tea whilst watching the morning news.

What’s your ideal way to spend your weekends?

I like spending the weekends with my family; kids aren’t kids forever!

None. I wouldn’t put people through the pain of listening.
