How long have you been in the industry and how did you get into it?

I have been in the industry since April 2013. I started with SDC Trailers as New Trailer Area Sales Manager for the South East.

What do you like about working for TIP?

The great team ethic; you feel from your first day that you are an important part of a team with everyone striving towards the same goal and everyone willing to help or give advice. Everyone has welcomed me into the TIP family; a special mention to the Grays branch!

What does a typical day for you involve?

A typical day involves looking after current customers and finding new opportunities. That can be depot-based at Grays or out in my sales patch, which is Essex & Kent.

At this stage of your career, where do you see yourself next year?

Hopefully by next year an established member of the commercial team.

What energises you at work?

Self-motivation to succeed and be the best at my role. 

How do you like to start your day?

A nice cup of Yorkshire tea!

What's the best advice you were ever given?

Always listen to a customer's requirements and speak to people how you would wish to be spoken to.
