Meet the TIP Glasgow Team

Pictured from left to right, the TIP Glasgow team is led by Peter Whelan, Sales Account Manager, Elaine Romeo, Branch Manager and David Henderson, General Manager.

Elaine is manager of the branch and of course the one that keeps it 'ticking'. Elaine loves a challenge and has worked feverishly to ensure the relocation has gone as smoothly as possible - she is also known to be a bit of a diva within the team.

David meanwhile has nearly 35 years experience within the industry and is the technical guru of the team when it comes to trailer maintenance.

Pete is the commercial 'face' of the team and, having over 30 years experience, is a well respected and likeable character within the industry... he is also an avid Motherwell fan!

Other members of the team pictured are:

Chris Lord (1st left), Assistant Branch Manager, otherwise known as Lord Christoper, who is originally a Preston lad but cannot seem to shake off the accent!

Angela Higgins (2nd left), Assistant Branch Manager, has 15 years experience with TIP and is thought of as the team’s ‘mother hen’.

Ryan Bainbridge (5th left), Operations Assistant, is the branch pup, as well as the team’s ‘petrolhead’, who is known to nip over to the likes of Barcelona for a spot of Formula 1!

Kevin Docherty (2nd right), Mobile Mechanic, known as General Manager David’s surrogate son since he started as his apprentice in 1985!

Neil Rieley (1st right), Mobile Mechanic, is TIP Glasgow's fully time-served HGV mechanic.
