Meet the TIP Cardiff Team

The TIP Cardiff team is led by Caron Mace (Branch Operations Manager), who is assisted by Neil Harrington (Assistant Branch Manager) and Brian Fox (Workshop Manager).

Caron has been at TIP since the branch opened in 2016, and was promoted from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Operations Manager in 2024. She previously worked at PADS Trailers for eight years before TIP took the business over. Prior to that, Caron worked as a store manager in the retail sector.

Neil supports general branch management and also has vast experience working within the industry, having spent seven years at CTR in Barry, eight years at Transamerica and ten years at BP Rolls, prior to joining TIP when the branch opened in 2016.

Brian manages workshop activities and has worked on trailers since the age of fifteen and has clocked up many years of experience whilst working for CTR and PADS Trailers, before joining TIP Cardiff as Workshop Manager in 2016.

Nicholas Saunders, Chris Batt, Keith Simons and Simon McCarthy are the branch-based technicians in the team, and Stephen Cummings operates as driver.

The mobile technician team is made up of Adrian Handford, William Davies, Lee Van Humphrey, Anrew Howe, Lee Bainborough and Vincet Darke.  They provide valuable on-site support to customers throughout the region.

From a commercial perspective, Ashleigh Ford is Area Sales Manager for the region. She worked at Ryder for 7 years before TIP acquired the business.
