I was employed by Bell Trailers for 18 years prior to the acquisition by TIP in 2015. In the short time I have been with TIP, I have found all employees throughout the company to be friendly and helpful. I also work with an amazing team at TIP's Nelson branch which helps make coming to work more enjoyable.
Along with the many benefits from TIP, the company is extremely pro-active in ensuring all employees are given the opportunity & support to develop their skills and further their careers. This has enabled me to achieve a promotion to Assistant Branch Operations Manager and there is plenty of scope to go further should I wish to. I can honestly say that TIP is the best company I have worked for.
