Cedric Testa

My TIP career started when I first joined TIP corporate headquarter as a trainee for the finance department in Amsterdam back in 2011. At the end of my traineeship, I briefly joined the team as a full-time employee before moving to GE Capital, where I worked for different businesses involving various roles in Risk, Strategic Initiatives, and M&A.  I stayed with GE Capital for 5 years which included a 2-years entry-level fast track program. I would have never got my placement at GE if it wasn’t for TIP and my team at the time. They trained me and pushed me to go further. I joined TIP again back in 2017 after one of the senior directors with whom I worked during my traineeship saw on LinkedIn I was looking for new opportunities. I was happy to join the TIP family again as I stayed in touch with most of them throughout the years. TIP has provided me with a framework to develop myself as a professional, which allowed me to complete an Executive Master in Finance, as well as working towards completing a finance certification called CFA. I am grateful to work for an organization that recognizes the value of professional development.
