Lucy Turpin

I was employed by TIP Tanker Services in 2014 as a Business Apprentice, completing a level 2 and 3 in Business Administration. This enabled me to progress further in successfully completing a Level 3 in Leadership and Management. I have found all employees throughout the company to be friendly and helpful, which helps make coming to work more enjoyable. TIP is extremely pro-active in ensuring all employees are given the opportunity & support to develop their skills and further their careers. These skills have helped me achieve the position as a Customer Service Specialist and I believe there are plenty of opportunities to further my career within TIP if I wish to do so.
