Bruce Probetts Receives MTA Pioneer Club Award
At TIP, we pride ourselves on the constant dedication of our incredible team. Recently, we attended an industry event to celebrate a special member at our Winnipeg branch. The MTA Pioneer Club recognizes members of the trucking industry who have been continually employed in the trucking business for at least 25 years and have made a positive contribution to industry during that time.
Bruce Probetts, has been working in the trucking industry for over 45 years. Starting his Mechanic career with Friehauf Trailers he soon found himself with Arnold Brothers where he progressed to Foreman and then Maintenance manager and spent 25 years leading the service team there.
He continued his service management career with Trappers Transport and Maxim Truck & Tailer, before eventually joining TIP Group (formerly Trailer Wizards) in February of 2013. Today he leads the service team in the Winnipeg branch as Service Manager.
Bruce has been instrumental in implementing best practices in the TIP Winnipeg shop to ensure a safe and efficient work environment, safety always being front and center.

Bruce is beyond deserving of this award and we are proud to have him on the TIP team!
